Browse. Items are grouped into tabs: Files, Pasted text, Scraped pages and Crawled pages. The list shows ten at a time, and the filter box finds an item by name or web address.

Search. Type a question in Search your knowledge, for example "what is your refund policy?", to see the few passages that match. If nothing matches, the page says so.

Keep it current. Choose Still true on an item you have checked. Items not confirmed for about three months show Due for a look.

Delete. Choose the bin icon on an item to delete it. To remove every page from one crawl, choose Delete N pages in the Website crawls card; the confirmation names the website and what stays.

Limits. Meters at the top show your use of files, file storage, pages and stored text. Each project can hold up to 20 files, 100 MB of files, 500 pages and 25 MB of text.
