Why don't I see any AI traffic?
If AI Referrals shows no visits, check these things:
- No visits in the period. There may simply have been no AI visits in the range you picked. Try a longer range.
- The AI tool didn't pass its source. Some AI tools don't tell your website where the visitor came from, so Google Analytics records the visit as Direct. We can only count visits that clearly came from an AI platform.
- Just connected. Right after connecting, give it a few minutes, then reload.
- Wrong property. Check the property name under the page title is the one that tracks your site.
