Troubleshooting
Why is there no Gaps closed for All time?
Gaps closed compares your gaps with a period of the same length before the one you chose. All time has no period before it, so it has no comparison. On the page, All time is read as the last 365 days.
What to do
Choose a range of 7, 14, 30 or 90 days on the Prompts tab. The comparison is shown for ranges up to 180 days.
If the range is short
A project that started tracking recently may not have an earlier period yet. The comparison fills in once there are answers before the range you chose.
For more, see Gap analysis: the Prompts tab and Gaps closed.
