Why is Mentions empty or Could not read?
The Mentions column on Gap analysis can look empty for a few normal reasons.
Not read yet
The page has not been read yet. Pages are read in the background after you open Gap analysis, so the column fills in over a few minutes. Reload the page after a little while.
Could not read
The page blocked the reader, was not a normal web page or was too slow. Such a page never counts as a gap.
No competitor names
Competitor names appear only when your project tracks competitors. Track some on the Competitors page.
No sources to show yet
When your project has no saved answers with sources in the chosen date range, the page says No sources to show yet. Widen the date range or choose All models.
