1. Open Brand Context in the sidebar.
2. Open a section: Company overview, Offerings, ICP and audience, Positioning and strategy, or Competitors.
3. On the field you want, choose Edit (or Add context if it is empty).
4. Change the text and choose Save.

Each field shows where its text came from: AI from your site, AI from your tracked answers or Written by you. To return a field to what LiveMentions AI wrote, choose Reset to AI version.

A field you edited is never overwritten by the monthly refresh.

Claims to make and Claims to avoid sit under Positioning and strategy. Add the statements you want written about you, and the ones that must never be written. LiveMentions checks what it writes against the claims you avoid.

Aliases and common misspellings sit under Company overview. LiveMentions counts them as your brand when it checks AI answers.

Competitors shows a note for each competitor you track. Add and remove competitors on the Competitors page.
