LiveMentions uses a guided onboarding flow with four stages.

1. Add your brand information
2. Review suggested topics
3. Review suggested prompts
4. Prepare your project

During the first stage, provide your brand name, website address, and location.

LiveMentions then creates the project and suggests topics based on the website information. You can select suggested topics or add your own topics.

After topics are created, LiveMentions suggests prompts for those topics. You can select the prompts you want to track and add custom prompts where needed.

At least one topic and one prompt are required to continue. Onboarding also applies limits to the number of topics and prompts that can be selected in the guided flow.
