Why a page or crawl was not added
"This page is not on your website." Scraping and crawling accept your own website only: your project's domain and its subdomains. For information from anywhere else, use Paste text or upload a file.
"No sitemap was found at this address." Choose From a start address in the crawl form instead, and LiveMentions follows the links from that page.
The website asks robots not to read a page. LiveMentions respects robots.txt, so those pages are skipped.
"No readable text was found on this page." The page may need JavaScript to show its content. Paste the text instead.
The address sends visitors to another website. The page is not added, because it is no longer on your website.
A limit was reached. A project can hold 500 pages and 25 MB of text, start 5 website crawls a month and make 20 scrape or crawl submissions a day. Delete material you no longer need, or try again after the limit resets.
Adding is not available. Adding to the knowledge base needs an active paid plan. You can still see and delete what is already there.
