Exporting your data and reports
LiveMentions turns your results into a client-ready PDF report, and exports your data as files you can open in a spreadsheet or use elsewhere.
The PDF report
Click the file icon in the top bar, next to "Ask Saba AI", to download the full report for the project you are in.
The report is a paginated PDF with real, selectable text. It has a cover, your headline numbers, the trend over time, your brands and topics, the prompts you are winning and the ones where you are missing, your sources, and an appendix with the latest answers.
It uses the AI models and the date range you have selected in the dashboard, so choose them first. It also has a Gaps section with the top website gaps and the question-gap headline from Gap analysis.
Exporting your data
A download icon appears on these pages and cards:
- Prompts
- Topics
- Sources
- Competitors
- Insights
- The Brand Presence card
- A prompt's AI Answer card
- Crawlability, on the AI bots tab
- Gap analysis, with Export gap analysis for the Domains, URLs and Prompts tabs. It follows the models and date range chosen on the page.
Choose CSV, XLSX or JSON. An export holds the whole list, not only the rows you can see on the screen. The AI Answer card exports the full answer history of that prompt.
Saving a chart
Every chart can be saved as an image, copied to the clipboard, or exported as CSV. On the visibility charts these options are in the "..." menu.
LiveMentions branding on reports
Reports carry the LiveMentions branding on the Starter plan and during the free trial. Growth, Scale, custom and lifetime plans can remove it.
It is an on and off choice: reports do not take your own logo, colors or agency name.
