Starter

Custom plan

A custom plan lets you choose the AI assistants, the number of prompts and the number of domains. It includes 3 new Optimize action plans a month for each project. It is billed immediately and has no free trial.

Brand Context on every plan

You can write and edit Brand Context on any plan. On paid plans you also get the monthly refresh from your website, the knowledge base for your own files, pages and website, and the AI accuracy check. See Brand Context.

Crawlability and Gap analysis on every plan

Crawlability, which shows which AI crawlers your robots.txt lets in, and Gap analysis, which shows the websites and pages AI relies on without naming you, are included on every plan. They use no AI credits. See Crawlability and Gap analysis.

Reports and exports on every plan

Every plan can download a client-ready PDF report and export data as CSV, XLSX or JSON. Reports carry the LiveMentions branding on Starter and during the free trial. Growth, Scale, custom and lifetime plans can remove it. See Exporting your data and reports.

Choosing a tier within a plan

Within Starter, Growth, or Scale, you can pick how many prompts you need tracked at once. Higher tiers cost more but let you track more prompts simultaneously. You can change your tier at any time from Settings, then Billing.

What counts against your prompt limit

Your prompt limit is shared across every project on your account, not per project. See Managing your projects in Settings for how usage is shown.
