How tracking works
Once a prompt is active, LiveMentions runs it automatically on a recurring schedule. You do not need to trigger anything manually.
Which AI models are included
The AI providers available depend on your plan.
| Plan | Models included |
|---|---|
| Starter | ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity |
| Growth | ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude |
| Scale | ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude |
How often each model runs
ChatGPT and Perplexity run daily on every plan. They are the most current, fastest moving signal.
Gemini and Claude run a fixed number of times per month rather than daily, since these checks are more resource intensive. Exactly how many times scales with your plan, with higher tiers getting more frequent checks.
A brand new prompt gets its first run on every entitled model right away, so you are not waiting for the next scheduled cycle to see initial results.
Why this matters
Because Gemini and Claude run less frequently, it is normal to occasionally see a filter set to one of those models with no fresh data yet, if it has not hit its next scheduled run. This is not an error. It just means that model turn has not come up yet. Switching to All Models or to ChatGPT or Perplexity will always show the most current data.
Archiving versus deleting
If you want to stop tracking a prompt without losing its history, set its status to Inactive or Archived rather than deleting it. Archived prompts keep their past results but stop running.
