Saba AI overview
Saba AI is the assistant inside LiveMentions. Ask a question in plain words and Saba answers from your own project: your visibility, your competitors, your topics and prompts, your Brand Context, Optimize and more. It also explains how LiveMentions works, using these Docs and the Help Center.
Where to find it
- Choose Ask Saba AI at the top right of any page. Saba opens in a side panel next to the page you are on.
- Or open Saba AI in the menu for the full page. A new chat starts on a clean page with your question box in the middle.
- The panel and the full page are the same chat. Open full page and Open in panel continue the conversation you are in.
Saba works on the project you have selected. Switch projects and Saba switches with you.
The question box
Under the box you will find:
- + to attach a file (see "Attaching a file to a question").
- Normal / High to choose how much care Saba puts into the answer (see "Credits and usage").
- A memory icon to see and change what Saba remembers (see "What Saba remembers").
- A usage icon to see your credits (see "Credits and usage").
- Send. Press Enter to send and Shift+Enter for a new line.
At the top of the page, Recent chats opens your earlier conversations.
What Saba is good at
- Reading your numbers back to you in plain words, with what they are based on.
- Comparing periods, engines and competitors.
- Putting a summary of your month or week in one place.
- Pointing you to the Optimize recommendations that matter most for your project.
- Reading your Gap analysis and Crawlability results back to you: which websites leave your brand out, which questions name another brand, and which AI bots your robots.txt lets in.
- Answering "how do I..." questions about LiveMentions and linking the right article.
