Working with recommendations
Once an analysis has run, your recommendations appear as a list you can filter and act on.

Filtering
Use the pillar filters, Technical Access, Trust Signals, Content Substance, Community Presence, Listings, Backlinks, Video, to focus on one category at a time, or view everything at once.
Tracking your progress
Each recommendation can be moved through a simple status.
- New. Not yet reviewed.
- In Progress. You are actively working on it.
- Done. You have completed it.
- Declined. You have decided not to act on it.
Use these statuses to keep your team aligned on what has been handled and what is still open, especially if you are working through a long list.
Reading a recommendation
Each recommendation includes a plain language explanation of what was found and why it matters, so you, or whoever handles your website, can act on it without needing to interpret raw technical data.
