Troubleshooting and FAQs

Why do not I see any data yet?

There are a few normal reasons your Dashboard, Insights, or Sources page might look empty or incomplete. None of these mean something is broken.

You just finished onboarding

Your first AI runs happen shortly after you finish setup, not instantly. Your dashboard will show a brief setting up your dashboard state and check for results automatically for a couple of minutes. If it has been longer than that, try refreshing the page.

You have filtered to a model that runs less often

ChatGPT and Perplexity run daily, but Gemini and Claude run on a fixed monthly schedule, see How tracking works. If you have filtered your Dashboard to one of these models specifically, it is normal to see no data if that model next scheduled run has not happened yet. Switch to All models or to ChatGPT or Perplexity to see current results.

A prompt or topic is inactive

Only prompts with Active status are tracked. If you have archived or deactivated a prompt or topic, it will stop producing new results. Check its status if you expect it to be running.

Your selected date range does not include recent activity

If you have narrowed the date filter, try widening it or switching to All time to confirm data exists outside your current window.

Gap analysis and Crawlability before they have data

Gap analysis is built from the answers your project has already collected. Until a prompt has returned answers with sources, it says No sources to show yet. Crawlability says that robots.txt has not been checked yet until the first check has been made. Both fill in on their own once there is something to show. See Gap analysis and Crawlability.

Still stuck?

If you have waited a reasonable amount of time and none of the above explains it, reach out to support with the project and prompt in question.
