AI accuracy check
The AI accuracy check compares recent AI answers about your brand with the facts you saved in Brand Context. It is part of the paid plans.
Where to find it
Open Optimize. The brand card at the top shows a short summary of your Brand Context and an AI accuracy card. Choose Open (or Review when there are findings) to open the side panel, then Check now.
What it checks
LiveMentions takes the recent answers it has tracked for your project across the AI engines, finds the sentences about your brand and compares them with your facts: Offerings, Audience and the Company overview. It reports two kinds of finding:
- Contradiction: an answer says something that conflicts with one of your facts, for example a different founding year or pricing model.
- Not covered: an answer makes a specific claim about your brand that none of your facts mention.
Each finding shows the AI engine, the exact words it used and, for a contradiction, the fact it conflicts with. Open this fact takes you to that fact in Brand Context so you can correct it if the fact is the part that is wrong. Dismiss removes a finding that is not a problem.
Running a check
A check runs when you choose Check now, and again with Check again. Each project can run a check once every 7 days. The panel shows how many answers were checked, from how many engines, and when.
If the card says Add some facts first, fill in Offerings, Audience or the Company overview so there is something to compare. If it says Nothing to check yet, none of the tracked answers mention your brand yet.
