Saba questions use credits from your allowance. Your allowance depends on your plan, and the free trial includes a starter pack. See your plan on the Pricing page and in Settings.

What a question costs

• A normal question uses 1 credit.
• High uses more credits (about twice as many) and takes a little longer to think things through. Choose it from the menu beside the + in the question box. Normal is the default for every new chat.
• A question about an attached file uses 1 extra credit.
• A question Saba cannot answer, and one it declines, costs nothing. If an answer fails on LiveMentions' side, the credit is returned.

See your usage

• The usage icon in the question box shows credits used and left, when they reset, and what you used each day.
• See full usage opens the Usage page with the daily chart and your latest activity.
• Credits are shown in credits only. They renew each period and unused credits do not carry over.

When credits run out

Saba tells you in the chat when your credits are used up and when they reset. Your earlier chats stay available to read.
