Saba answers these from the results already stored for your project. It does not fetch anything when you ask, so a project that has never been opened on the Crawlability page has no stored check yet, and Saba says so. See Gap analysis and Crawlability.

Choosing the period
Saba looks at the last 30 days unless you say otherwise. Name the period in your question: "this week", "last 7 days", "this month", "this quarter", "this year" or "all time". Name an engine to focus on it: "How am I doing on Gemini?".
