How Saba answers

Saba is built around your data. The numbers in an answer are not guessed: each one is taken from your project and checked before the answer is shown. If Saba does not have the data for a question, it says so and points you to the page where you can look.

What you will see in an answer

  • What the numbers are based on. Data answers end with a line such as "based on 57 answers to 19 prompts, with data on 8 days", so you always know how much is behind a figure.
  • Labels that say where something came from:
    • "Suggestion from your Optimize recommendations:" starts every suggestion. It comes from your own Optimize page.
    • "From your file:" starts a statement about a file you attached.
    • "Using your note:" starts a statement shaped by something Saba remembers about your work.
  • Links. Answers about data link to the page behind them (Dashboard, Competitors, Sources, Prompts, Optimize, AI Referrals). Answers about LiveMentions link the Docs or Help Center article.

What Saba focuses on

Saba states what your data shows, what changed, and what Optimize suggests. It stays with your project and with how LiveMentions works. That is why it will not predict future numbers, promise a result, write content for you, or share how LiveMentions is built or priced inside. When a question needs a person (billing, refunds, account deletion, a bug), Saba points you to the contact page.

Rate an answer

Under every answer, the thumbs show whether it helped.

  • Thumbs up tells LiveMentions the answer was good.
  • Thumbs down opens a short box: What went wrong? Write a line and send it. Your note goes with the answer so the LiveMentions team can improve Saba.
